Das Bäckerhaus lokal, hausgemacht, ehrlich! Das Bäckerhaus - seit 1864 sind wir hier in der Dorfmitte von Roßwälden ein Treffpunkt - die Lokalität für einen schönen Abend mit Freunden, aber auch für Ihre Familienfeiern. Wir bieten eine schwäbische Küche mit Abwechslung, mal vegetarisch mit Kässpätzle und Graupen, mal deftig mit Leber und Kutteln! Natürlich dürfen auch regionale Klassiker wie Zwiebelrostbraten und hausgemachte Maultaschen nicht fehlen. Für Experimentierfreudige kocht unsere Küche auch gerne mal ein Überraschungsmenü. Besonders legen wir Wert auf Frische; bei uns wird ALLES selbst gekocht, wir benutzen keine Convenience-Produkte und kochen unsere Soße mit Knochen. Mum buys fresh baked goods for her parents' breakfast every day from "our" baker (we live approx. 200 m away); when I'm free, I get probably the best pretzels that can be bought over the counter. Last year, Mother's Day, I bought us schnitzel and spaetzle with mushroom sauce (pre-ordered and then picked up) - that was the best schnitzel ever!

Food is very good, but nothing special. A staid man is not fed up with these portions. The price-performance is very questionable. With the prices one could at least serve a neat portion of side dishes! Waitresses are rude and naughty. Food is served without cutlery, cutlery is brought to 15min. Long wait at full restaurant.

An attraction in Rösswälden, where reservations are recommended in advance, also due to the limited number of tables. The food is regional, seasonal, of high quality, professionally prepared, professionally served and reasonably priced. Or in other words simply delicious! Even if the menu is clear, everyone is sure to find something for their own taste. There is also a varied day menu. Always happy.
